RED PEN

(for Grandpa)

Natasha R. Clarke

His wispy hair falls in pieces to the ground,

the particles tripping over the rim of his nose.

He lifts a finger to rub away the morning exhaust

from his eyelids.

His mouth open and chapped,

set in one position as he reads.

He reads poems with his red pen.

He sits content and happy,

waiting as his granddaughters write

for something he can read,

content and happy

with his red pen.

그의 성긴 머리카락이 가닥가닥 땅에 떨어지고,

그 입자들은 그의 코 가장자리를 넘어져간다.

그는 지친 아침을 눈꺼풀에서 비벼 풀려고

손가락을 들어올린다.

그의 트인 입은 벌려 있고,

Natasha R. Clarke is a teenage American who comes from a family of artists, poets, actors, singers, and musicians. She has 

been writing poetry since the age of six. The family tradition continues.

나타샤 로즈 클라크는 예술가, 시인, 배우, 가수 및 음악가들로 구성된 가족에서 온 십대의 미국인이다. 그녀는 여섯 살부터 시를 쓰기
